General Terms

Applicable to customers who book and use services at M Hotel

(Based on Article 32 of Decree No. 52/2013/NĐ-CP and Article 1 of Decree No. 85/2021/NĐ-CP)

By using our services or accessing our website, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms and conditions:

1. Service Usage Regulations

  • Guests must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to make reservations or use services on their own behalf.

  • All personal information provided by the guest must be accurate and complete. The hotel is not responsible for any issues arising from false or misleading information.

  • A reservation is only valid once the guest receives an official confirmation via email or the hotel’s booking system.

  • Room prices and service fees may be adjusted from time to time. The hotel will notify guests in advance of any changes.

2. Check-in and Check-out Policy

  • Check-in time: from 14:00

  • Check-out time: before 11:00

  • Early check-in or late check-out may incur additional charges, depending on the hotel’s policy at the time.

  • The hotel reserves the right to refuse service to guests who appear intoxicated, cause disturbances, or violate accommodation regulations.

3. Children and Extra Bed Policy

3.1. Children

  • Children under 6 years old stay free of charge when sharing a bed with parents (maximum 1 child per room, depending on room type).

  • Children from 6 to under 12 years old may incur charges for breakfast or an extra bed if requested, according to the current fee schedule.

  • Children aged 12 and above are considered adults and must use an extra bed if the number of guests exceeds the room’s standard.

⚠️ Please inform us in advance if children will be accompanying you, so we can arrange a suitable room.

3.2. Extra Beds

  • Some room types may allow an extra bed upon request, subject to availability at check-in.
  • Extra bed charges are billed separately and are not included in the standard room price. Please contact the hotel for exact pricing.
  • Extra beds are not available for all room types — please confirm with us in advance when making your reservation.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations and refunds are subject to the hotel’s Cancellation Policy, which is publicly available on the website or included in the booking confirmation.

Some promotional program may not be eligible for cancellation or refund. Please carefully review the terms and conditions before making payment.

5. Property and Responsibilities

Guests are responsible for the safekeeping of their personal belongings. The hotel is not liable for any lost items unless they have been officially deposited at the front desk.

Guests are also responsible for compensating any damage or loss caused to hotel property during their stay.

6. Hotel’s Liability and Limitations

The hotel is only responsible for providing services as agreed and confirmed with the guest.

The hotel shall not be held liable for force majeure events such as natural disasters, epidemics, power outages mandated by authorities, or other unforeseen incidents beyond its control.

7. Data Privacy Policy

All personal information provided by guests is protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable laws and regulations.

We only share personal information in cases required by law or at the request of competent government authorities.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, images, logos, and information on the website are the property of the hotel (unless otherwise noted).

Any duplication (copy) or re-use in any form is strictly banned without early written permission.

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions

The hotel reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Updates will be published on the website and become effective immediately upon release.

Guests are responsible for reviewing and staying up to date with the terms and conditions at the time of using the services.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

All disputes incuring shall be resolved with priority given to negotiation. If no mutual agreement is reached, the dispute will be settled in accordance with the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.

The competent court at the location of the hotel’s registered office shall have final jurisdiction over the matter.
