Direct Service at the Hotel:

Guests can come directly to M Hotel at 39 Ton That Thiep St, Ben Nghe, District 01, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam to check in and use the services they have booked.

Online Service:

Guests can make reservations and payments via the official website at https://mhotel.vn.

After completing the booking process, a confirmation email will be sent. Guests should present this confirmation email at the hotel to access the booked services during the selected time.

b) Estimated Service Delivery Time

The service delivery time at M Hotel depends on the booking method:

For direct bookings at the hotel:

Guests can check in immediately after completing the check-in procedure at the front desk.

For online bookings:

A confirmation email will be sent within 5–10 minutes after the transaction is completed.

Guests can check in at the scheduled time (typically from 2:00 PM on the day of arrival).
